Avatara Grocers operates as a wholesale supplier and serves only business entities such as restaurants, retailers, and food service providers. Our products are not intended for individual consumer use.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all product details are always up to date. Prices and specifications may change without prior notice. 

3. Orders and Quotes 

All orders begin with a quote request submitted via our website or email. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply. Orders are confirmed only after acceptance and payment terms are agreed upon. 

4. Pricing and Payment 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment terms are communicated during the quote stage. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or product unavailability. 

5. Shipping and Delivery 

We deliver across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and other parts of Canada. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and order size. Delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our control. 

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly delivered products. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic proof. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. 

7. Limitation of Liability

Avatara Grocers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the products involved. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product listings, is the property of Avatara Grocers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
