Returns and Cancellation Policy

 

This Returns and Cancellation Policy applies to all wholesale quote-based orders placed with Avatara Grocers. 

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.  All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. 

 

2. Conditions for Returns 

 

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.  Items without clear photographic evidence of damage or error may not be eligible for return. 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items 

 

We do not accept returns on perishable items or bulk orders placed correctly as per the quote.  Custom orders and special bulk imports are final sale. 

 

4. Return Process 

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@avataragrocers.ca within 48 hours of delivery.  Include order number, product name, and photographic proof of the issue. 

 

5. Refund or Replacement 

 

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue either a replacement or refund as per our discretion.  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

 

6. Cancellation of Orders 

 

Wholesale quote-based orders can be cancelled only before confirmation and dispatch.  Once an order is approved and processed for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
